Two cosy studios right on the beach promenade of Torrox-Costa (Costa del Sol, province of Málaga) – rented personally by the owner Günter Kleisch. In summer and all winter long, with no booking-portal fees.

Studio Horizonte – 40 m², balcony with unobstructed panoramic sea view, double bed and sofa bed, for 2 adults + 2 children (a 3rd child is possible).
Studio Paseo – 44 m², directly above the promenade overlooking the pool and the sea, double bed and sofa bed, for 2 adults + 2 children (a 3rd child is possible). Registro de Turismo de Andalucía: VUT/MA/88147.

Fully equipped kitchen with tableware, own washing machine, drying rack
Smart TV with satellite channels, Wi-Fi up to 80 Mbit/s (streaming and remote work)
Air conditioning (also for heating in winter)
Communal pool and tennis court in the complex (pool closed in winter)

Prices and conditions
Nightly rates from €59, minimum stay 3 nights
Wintering (November to March): monthly rate from €650 incl. water and electricity, minimum stay 30 days
Final cleaning €60, paid on site at the agency
30 % deposit only after written confirmation; free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
Check-in from 1 pm, check-out by 11 am; keys handed over by the local agency Aguamarina Real Estate

First beach line on the promenade of Torrox-Costa – "Mejor Clima de Europa": more than 300 days of sunshine, around 18 °C in winter
Supermarkets, pharmacy, bus, taxi and tapas bars within walking distance; free car park at the lighthouse (Faro)
Day trips: Nerja and its caves (15 min), Frigiliana (20 min), Torre del Mar (10 min), Málaga (40 min)
